In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the itinerary to cruise to Kai Nok may be altered to a an alternative itinerary upon the captain decision, prioritizing the comfort and safety of our guests.

Cancelation:
A 10% set-up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of the fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or for “No show” reservations.

We reserve the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in.
Should we cancel your trip, an alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.
